France is still on the 3rd step of the podium of countries hosting foreign students, beaten only by the United States and the United Kingdom. The country is therefore holding its own against the English-speaking countries. The latest statistics from Campus France, based on figures from Unesco and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and National Education, were published in early 2016.
